HUKUNCIN HAYAR MAHAIFA, DA SAYAR, KO KYAUTAR DA KWAYOYIN HALITTA A MUSULUNCI KASHI NA UKU
2 - Hukuncin idan matar da aka ari mahaifarta ta zamo kishiyar mai kwayoyin halitta:

Haka ma haramun ne a hada maniyyin namiji da kwayoyin halittar wata macen da ba matarsa ba; domin a shigar a cikin mahaifar matarsa..
Amma idan matar da za ta bayar da mahaifar tata kishiya ce ta mai kwayoyin halittar, ma’ana: matan mutum daya ne, mijinsu daya, to a nan malamai sun yi sabani; wasu suna ganin babu laifi a yi hakan saboda lalura, ganin cewa dukansu matan mutum daya ne. Wasu malaman kuma suna ganin cewa hakan haramun ne, domin ba shi da wani bambanci da surar farko da muka bayyana..

FATAWAR DA TAFI KARFI:
Babu shakka, fatawar haramcin ita ce ta fi karfi; saboda babu wani dalili mai karfi da zai sanya a kebance wannan sura akan ta farko, musamman idan mun kalli hujjojin da idon basira.

Idan hakan ya riga ya faru –duk da cewa haramun ne-, har ya kai ga an sami da, an kuma haife shi, to babu shakka akwai bukatar sanin hakikanin uwa da uban wannan jariri, da wane za a danganta shi? Domin akwai hakkokinsa tun daga tarbiyya har zuwa gado, su ma iyayen suna da nasu hakkokin na zamansu iyaye; saboda haka insha Allah wannan babin za mu tabo a bayani na gaba.
