HUKUNCIN HAYAR MAHAIFA, DA SAYAR, KO KYAUTAR DA KWAYOYIN HALITTA A MUSULUNCI KASHI NA UKU 2 - Hukuncin idan matar da aka ari mahaifarta ta zamo kishiyar mai kwayoyin halitta: Mun bayyana cewa malaman Shari’ar Musulunci sun hadu akan haramci bayar da hayar mahaifa, idan mai mahaifar ba ta da dangantaka ta aure da namijin da aka hada maniyyin sa da kwayoyin halittar da aka ciro daga maniyyin matarsa.. Haka ma haramun ne a hada maniyyin namiji da kwayoyin halittar wata macen da ba matarsa ba; domin a shigar a cikin mahaifar matarsa.. Amma idan matar da za ta bayar da mahaifar tata kishiya ce ta mai kwayoyin halittar, ma’ana: matan mutum daya ne, mijinsu daya, to a nan malamai sun yi sabani; wasu suna ganin babu laifi a yi hakan saboda lalura, ganin cewa dukansu matan mutum daya ne. HUKUNCIN HAYAR MAHAIFA, DA SAYAR, KO KYAUTAR DA KWAYOYIN HALITTA A MUSULUNCI KASHI NA BIYU HUKUNCIN HAYAR MAHAIFA” DA “SAYAR KO KYAUTAR DA MANIYYI KO KWAYOYIN HALITTA” Mun bayyana irin yanda wannan aiki na bayar da hayar mahaifa yake, da kuma yanda yanda ake sayar, ko kyautar da maniyyi, ko kwayoyin halitta a rubutun da ya gabata, inda muka bayyana surorinsu guda hudu, a yanzu -cikin ikon Allah- za mu hade wadanda suka yi kama da juna mu ambaci hukuncinsu kaman yanda malaman Shari’ar Musulunci suka bayyana.

HUKUNCIN HAYAR MAHAIFA, DA SAYAR, KO KYAUTAR DA KWAYOYIN HALITTA A MUSULUNCI KASHI NA DAYA SHIMFIDA: Cigaban da aka samu –mai yawa- a fannin ilimin kimiyya da fasaha ya yi sanadiyyar sauyawan abubuwa masu yawa da aka sani a da, kaman yanda ya furzar da abubuwan da babu wanda ya taba tunanin cewa za su iya faruwa, wannan abu kuwa ya shafi fannonin: zamantakewa, da ilimin sadarwa, da kuma ilimin likitanci.
